Which businesses is Sparx ERP for?
Three types of company: manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Each uses the modules that fit, and all of them share the same data.
Does it support GST returns?
Yes. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are generated from your sale and purchase data, and GST place-of-supply (CGST+SGST vs IGST) is applied automatically from the party's state.
Is there a portal for agents and customers?
Yes — the B2B Portal lets agents and wholesale customers browse catalogues and book orders, while your team manages orders and settings from the admin panel.
Can I use barcode scanners?
Yes. There is a mobile Product Scanner app and a WMS mobile interface for putaway, picking and bin moves.
Does it integrate with Shopify?
Yes. The Omni channel module lets you map products to your Shopify store, pull in pending orders and review an order sync log.
Can I control what each user sees?
Yes. Role templates and per-user permissions control every screen, and branch/godown mapping restricts data by location.
